WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM AND HOW DOES IT WORK? An Escape Game is a real-life game that consist of players, in groups of 4-14, that are put in a room and have 55 minutes to find clues, solve puzzles and work together as a team to try to finish the game before time runs out. As a normal part of Escape Games, teams are allowed to ask for clues from their Game Master to assist in their progress. Teams that work together have the highest success rate.
AM I REALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM? No. The door is unlocked which will allow anyone to exit the room at anytime.
WILL IT BE TOO HARD FOR ME IF I HAVE NEVER PLAYED BEFORE? Our rooms are designed for the maximum number of people. If you have less than the maximum, or have not done escape rooms before, it could be harder for you. However, our goal at Unlocked is for you to have fun. We have a flexible clue policy that allows every team, beginner to experienced, to do well and have the best time ever. HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE? It is mandatory to arrive 15 minutes early. Games start on time and late arrivals may have time deducted or may not be allowed to enter the room. Your entrance fee will not be refunded. We are on a tight time schedule and want to be fair to all parties that have bookings after your time slot. Please plan on spending a few minutes after the game for a photo session and talking crazy game stuff.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE? We do ask that you wear closed toed shoes. Due to the rooms being filled with objects to move and unlock, we want to make sure that your toes are safe and don't run into anything!
DO I NEED A RESERVATION AND HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM? Reservations are required and must be made online. Click on the 'Book Now' button at the top of this page.
HOW DO I BOOK MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS FOR THE SAME BOOKING? At the top of the Booking page, simply select the number of participants from the drop down menu that will be playing.
WHAT IS THE COST? $30 per person.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY? Games are paid online at the time of the booking.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY? Each room has a different minimum and maximum. Check the booking page for numbers available. Minimum for the smallest room is 4, and groups up to 14 players can play in our largest room.
WILL THERE BE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM? All our rooms are private when you meet the minimum number of players per room.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT? The game is best suited for 10 and up. We do not allow younger players to participate unless the entire room is booked by your group. Participant(s) 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please note: If you have booked the entire room and choose to bring younger players, please keep in mind, game content may be too difficult for them and younger kids may not find this entertaining.
DO YOU HAVE HANDICAPPED ACCESS? Yes, game rooms and bathroom have handicap/wheelchair access. However, there is only stairs and no elevator to get to the second floor where we are located.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? Our games are non-refundable to no-shows. However, you may reschedule your game online for a different day/time if done within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will need to call us and we will try to reschedule your game.
DO YOU HANDLE LARGE GROUPS? Absolutely! Please call us at 661-505-7283 to discuss your group needs.
CAN WE DO A PRIVATE EVENT OR AT A TIME DURING NON SCHEDULED HOURS? Yes, if you want to create a special event or book rooms during the week for your group, just call or email us and we will do our best to make it happen.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING? Parking is located in the center by Round Table . You will want to park near the back stairs which is where we are located. Don't forget we are on the 2nd floor, balcony side.
